I hosted a two day business retreat for 10 at a large house in Phoenix and contacted Chef Sandra to cook. she was absolutely user-friendly. within a few hours of contact we had agreed date menu and logistics she accommodated our special request to pick up a few things we needed. cocktails and dinner will where well paced, the service and presentation delightful and the kitchen the next morning spic and span. prices were very reasonable

we selected bruschetta and crabcakes, started with a pear chèvre salad tart, halibut, and closed with berries in a cream anglaise. overall fairly light. We matched it with Pinot Grigio followed by a port.
